Chhena poda ( ଛେନା ପୋଡ )

1 kg skim Ricotta cheese (chhena) ( ଛେନା )
150 gm semolina (suji) ( ସୁଜି )
500 gm sugar (chini) ( ଚିନି )
100 gm cashew nuts (kaju) ( କାଜୁ )
50 gm raisin (kismis) ( କିସ୍ମିସ୍ )
water as required ( ପାଣି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଅନୁସାରେ )
HowToMake: How to Prepare ( ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ) :
Take a bowl and mix the cheese, semolina and sugar and knead it properly to get a homogeneous batter. Add a little water if required while kneading. Add cashew nuts, raisin and cardamom to the batter. Put the same in the dish container of oven leaving about one inch at the top of the container empty. Pre heat the oven. Now bake the batter for about one-and-a-half hours (until the top appears brown). Take the container out of the oven. Allow it to cool. Delicious chhena poda is ready. Cut it into desired shapes like cakes before serving.
