|| How to Prepare (ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ):
Soak the rice in a water for at least 3 to 4 hours. wash soaked rice properly . Grate the coconut and keep it aside. Grind the drained rice with grated coconut with needed water. Add salt to the batter and mix well. The batter leave for 1 to 2 hour. Heat the tawa or pan and grease some oil, pour some batter into it, and cover it. After two minutes, remove from flame there is no need to flip the upper portion of the pitha and serve it.
